Project 3 - Concept
In this project, I chose 2 clients. The first client is Painter and the other is Ballerina. Both of them only has an access to their house which located on the top of the studio. These studio is a multi-function room that can be used by both client (for dancing and for gallery space). Besides, the almost entire building could be classified in semi-public area since every user could going through the building from underground until level 3, except the house and the garden roof (because the only the clients that could access these area is from their own house).
The main concepts of this project are movement from one space to the other without limitation, and directing the view.
The concept of movement without limitation is obtain from the idea of elevator from Bordeaux house. Since the owner of the house is disable person, he needs an elevator to move from one level to the other. Therefore, I bring this idea to this project. I wanted to make a house and studio where everyone includes disable people could move freely without limitation. Thus, I try to avoid stairs for the entire movement. However, I also try to combine this idea with the new clients. Since the second clients is a dancer, the ramp will support the movement better than the elevator. Besides that, the ramp it self could be used as the space for the galley as well.
The concept of directing the view is obtained from the second project. On that project, I made the perspective model that capture the view and atmosphere from the elevator of Bordeaux house to the entire area of the house. Thus, by combining those little model, I got the idea of trapezium shape. As the impact, it can be seen that most of the space in this project has an outline like a trapezium, and the opening is made in several space to give a direct view to the other intended space.

PROJECT 1 - BORDEAUX HOUSE
PLANS, SECTIONS and AXONOMETRIC
These are my plans, sections, and axonometric drawings.
In the drawing, I wanted to show how the house integrated with the landscape as well as the structure of the house. The house is made between hills and it can be seen on the ground floor which is made half caved, and from the drawing it is presented with the gray hatching.
The first floor shows the openness; therefore the major material in this level is glass since it gives unlimited view. Moreover the first floor is made in the same height as the landscape level, and it provide the living space with the opening to the surrounding environment (the surrounding area can be considered as the garden).
The second floor which is the private area is made like heavy and hanging. This gives a sense of unstable since there is only a beam near the book shelve and the drum for the spiral stair that give the structural support to the second floor. As the balancing for this structural support, there is another beam on the roof.
Moreover, one of the specialties in this house is the platform elevator. This platform is made for the owner that has a disability (using wheelchair) as the space for working and studying as well as moving from one level to the other level on this house.
